The National MS Society’s 2010 Champions Trivia Challenge isn’t your grandmother’s fundraiser; it’s a fun evening where teams come ready to move their minds and show what they know, all the while competing for prizes, the Champions Trophy and bragging rights!

Teams are comprised of eight people, and may be sponsored by companies or individuals. (For a competitive edge, recruit people from different departments in your company!) Teams will compete by answering trivia questions in categories like Current Events, Movies & Television and Toys & Leisure Pastimes. There will be a minimum of eight questions per category. Questions will be presented on large screens, and each team will register their answers through a remote control. Prizes may be awarded to teams for select questions. The night’s overall winning team will take home the travelling Champions Trophy!

Cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and silent auction will be from 6 - 7 p.m. The Champions Trivia Challenge will begin at 7 p.m. Business casual or team wear is appropriate.

Trivia Teams are available at $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $7,500 and $10,000 levels. Trivia Category and Question Sponsorships are available at $2,500 and $750 respectively. Prize Sponsorships are available beginning at $400 (retail value), and Goodwill Sponsorships are available beginning at $100. Teams may be sponsored by companies or individuals.

MENSA - $10,000
• Your company promoted as the Hosting Sponsor in all advance publicity (i.e. the National MS Society’s 2010 Champions Trivia Challenge hosted by YOUR COMPANY), AND your company’s logo and/or name included on all event communications, including television, radio, print and outdoor advertising, brochures, tickets, website, news releases, and other materials.
• Your company’s logo or name included on all questions of one designated trivia category. (Your designated category may focus on your industry and/or mention your company as long as category questions have mass appeal; there will be a minimum of eight questions per category. See Trivia Category Sponsor benefits below).
• Option for a Company Spokesperson to address attendees during the event.
• Customizable promotional slide viewable during the event.
• Acknowledgement from the podium during the event.
• Sixteen event tickets, including Priority First Tier Seating for two teams (tables) of eight participants.

GENIUS - $7,500

Individual tickets are $125 each. Individual ticket holders may be seated with others to form a team.

Trivia Sponsorships are available to companies and individuals.

CATEGORY SPONSOR - $2,500 (multiple category sponsors allowed)

QUESTION SPONSOR - $750 (limit one sponsor per question)
• Your company’s logo or name included on one designated trivia question in the Category of your choosing. (Your designated question may focus on your industry and/or mention your company as long as question has mass appeal.)
• Your company’s logo and/or name included on event communications, including print advertising, brochures, tickets, website, news releases, and other materials.
• Acknowledgement from the podium during the event
• One event ticket.

PRIZE SPONSOR – Retail Value Beginning at $400
• Your company’s name included on all Champions Trivia Challenge event communications, including print advertising, brochures, tickets, website, news releases, and other materials.
• Acknowledgement from the podium during the event.
• Your company donates eight identical prizes that are given to a full team (table) for the correct answer for a specified question. Suggested minimum retail price of one of the team prizes is $50.00.

GOODWILL SPONSOR – Beginning at $100
• Your company’s name included on Champions Trivia Challenge communications, including print advertising brochures, tickets, website, news releases, and other materials.
• The Champions Trivia Challenge will feature a Goodwill Auction where attendees can support National MS Society programs and services. As a Goodwill Sponsor, your funds will be restricted to support local programs and services of the Rio Grande office.
