WELCOME DENISE!!!!!!!! it's great to have you here but I'm sorry why. Any time you have questions, please come here and ask. The members are very supportive and can give you tips on what they did in certain situations. Good luck

How to handle stress

My life has been crazy and now accepting my ms I need to learn steps to slow down. Very frustrating not being able to do like I use to. I am 44 and would like my life to be positive and always hopeful and helpful. Just need to know how I can achieve this.

You will quickly learn (if you haven't already) what your able to do before you run out of energy.
A couple of things that help me are meditation and remembering how awful i feel after i overdo things.
The crazy hectic pace slows down in time.

The only advice I know...

Welcome to the forum....

I am sorry you have been hit so hard ...

Try to be as patient and kind to yourself as you are to others. Believe in your own goodness and your worth. The strength to endure will come quietly and increase more and more each day... You may not even recognize it until others reveal it to you..... It will become your legacy.......

Continue to post.....we care.
