Peanut Butter Bars

1 c. peanut butter

½ c. melted butter

1 ¾ c. powdered sugar; add more if needed.

3 T. brown sugar

½ t. vanilla

¼ t. salt

2 T. water

1 c. chocolate chips

1 T. oil

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 7x11 pan. Smooth. Melt choc. chips and oil;  pour over the top and let stand until firm. Cut into bars. Serve at Christmas, birthdays or as a dessert. Make it as a after school snack. Be careful ~ it is rich!
