What strikes me first about Oxyflex™is the simplicity of the exercises and the clear explanation of the plan for improved health. Debra Ross has MS most of her life and is a personal trainer in Colorado.

This book discusses clearly the need for deep breathing, water and a healthy style of eating. She lists nutrients important for good health along with symptoms if you do not have enough in your diet. Then she includes an inclusive list of foods which provide the specific nutrient.

Again, the simplistic presentation makes this book a resource book you will want to have on hand.
