Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry OR dry white wine
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
1 Combine all ingredients in shallow baking dish.
2 Use a flavorful fish such as halibut, flounder, or monk fish.
3 Add to marinade and turn to coat.
4 Marinate 20 minutes.

MAKES about 1 cup.
